About Nature Safari India

Our Founder : Sharad Vats

When he was little, Sharad loved playing cricket for India. He was born in New Delhi, where he raised himself. He was a talented outdoorsman who excelled in everything he did. While his peers focused on studying for engineering and medical admission examinations, he changed his focus to studying hotel management in order to advance his professional career. He was chosen by the Taj Group of Hotels, the largest hotel chain in Asia, after receiving his degree (a TATA Group Enterprise). He received a number of honours at the beginning of his first year of work with the Taj Group after being named Employee of the Year.

He soon met his “Super Boss,” Mr. Divya Bhanu Sinh Chavda, a well-known wildlife expert and the author of multiple books on Indian wildlife. Sharad was motivated to visit numerous national parks as a result of her interactions and chats with him throughout the ensuing years.
Sharad travelled across the entirety of India between 1990 and 1999, passing through the Bandhavgarh, Corbett, Dudhwa, Kanha, Bharatpur, and Sariska jungles. At the age of 22, he saw his first tiger in 1990, but he had no idea that this one encounter would propel him into a universe where woods were the only thing that mattered. Sharad aligned himself with the goal of residing in India’s jungle and guarding the Tiger in the corporate world even though he continued to work.

He left the hotels with a newfound sense of purpose and founded Nature Safari India Pvt Ltd with the motto “Conservation thru Tourism.” He improved and expanded his abilities as a wildlife photographer as he travelled further. He documented an outstanding natural history event in 2014 when a tiger and two elephants interacted. He is well-known throughout the world thanks to his perseverance and dedication in this endeavour.

Some of his all-time favourite books include “Autobiography of a Yogi,” “Bhagwat Gita,” “Jobs,” and “Built to Last.” He reads a lot and loves it. He was greatly influenced by people like Paramahansa Yogananda, Mahatma Gandhi, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, and Jack Welch.

Sharad wrote a book titled “The Tiger CEO” after honing his love of animals and his passion for teaching useful management skills. “The tiger is an enigma that intrigues us all,” he claims. Despite the availability of coffee-table books on tigers written by a variety of experts, I felt compelled to provide my own observations and assessments of the essential tiger qualities that not only make the cat an extraordinary leader but also an apex predator.

I frequently find myself taking a cue from the tiger because I believe that in this moment, we need strong leadership to guide us through the challenges we are facing. I have discovered feline characteristics in historical leaders who have thrived in a range of disciplines, from Chattrapati Shivaji to Elon Musk, and I have shared these characteristics with you in the book. I hope that after reading this book, you will be motivated to absorb these priceless lessons from the king of the jungle.

The Tiger CEO is accessible to those of you outside of India on several foreign websites, such as Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, iBooks, Google Play Store, and NotionPress!

Our Motto

We pioneered this notion and implemented it at the community level, moving from “Conservation through Tourism” to our organization’s foundation motto, “We Serve, We Conserve.” This motto became a reality as tourism rose in national parks, creating more jobs and a local economy. Then it was time to add “We Serve, We Conserve” to our mission statement.

Thanks to referrals from its past clients, what started as a cutting-edge online wildlife tour company has grown. This was undoubtedly made possible by the top-notch services offered by our staff.

This creed serves as a guide for all of our beliefs and actions. The needs of the people come first, then profits.

Our Logo

The chakras in a person’s body or the rings in a tree’s bark both stand for the value of life. The same element that sustains the equilibrium of the forest ecosystem overall also keeps us in balance. The concentric rings on a tree’s bark reflect the forest, while the radiating centre demonstrates how life thrives the most in a forest’s core zone. At Nature Safari India, we prioritise both the natural world and wildlife. These scars serve as a reminder of the many years and decades it took for our ecosystem to fully develop and leave this world, its life, and its seasons to us. Even our life chakras are incomplete without the rings.
